How to: Hide a group header/footer section (when designing a report).
Solution:
In the Report Design view, select the 'View' menu and select 'Page Header/Footer' or 'Report Header/Footer' to hide group header/footer sections. Use the 'Visible' property box of the property sheet to hide other sections in a report.
1) If the Database window is not active, activate the Database window.
2) Click the 'Reports' tab in the Database window.

3) Select the desired report from the list box. (The selected report is highlighted.)
4) Click 'Design'. (The selected report appears in the Design view, and the floating Toolbox appears.)
5) Select the 'View' menu and select 'Page Header/Footer' to remove the page header/footer sections.
NOTE: A message box appears stating the controls in the section will be deleted. Click 'Yes' to delete the controls.
6) Select the 'View' menu and select 'Report Header/Footer' to remove the report header/footer sections.

7) Do the following to remove any other sections in a report:
a) Select the desired section to remove.

b) Select the 'View' menu and select 'Properties'.
c) Click the 'Format' tab.
d) Click on the 'Visible' box. (A down arrow appears.)
e) Click down arrow. (A drop-down list appears.)
f) Select 'No'.
8) Select the 'File' menu and select 'Save' to save the report.
